Starting Monday September 25, 2023 at 7:30AM, Cross Valley has a new payment processor.

What this means for me

What are the Changes?

Online Payments

• Multiple ways to find your bill including account number, invoice number, service address or name
• You can make a one-time payment as a guest

OR       Create an Account – which allows you to

• Save a payment method
• Create your own Autopay – Both the amount and the withdrawal schedule

Phone Payments

• No more delays in CVWD receiving your payment
• Use your full account number and amount you wish to pay.

New Processing Fees per transaction

• $1.00 Electronic Checks
• $1.00 Debit Card
• $3.00 Credit Card
